This is my signature program to help you overcome the self sabotage and intuitively step into your purpose with a plan by creating radical spiritual and mindset alignment.

This program is not only for women.  We are made up of both feminine and masculine energy it is the balance of the two energies that creates a harmonic life. Men have Goddess energy as well.

The program is designed as a six-month program which consists of 24 weeks of video lessons and worksheets along with 4 bonus modules.  You can self-pace, it is recommended that you do one lesson a week to let the information and techniques integrate.

MY Story

I too, had a thinking problem.  I didn’t know how to just BE. I struggled with depression and overwhelming emotions!  In fact, at the age of 28 I was diagnosed with 9 forms of depression.

Faced with being institutionalized I knew I had to do something different. I had no idea why I was feeling overwhelmed with sadness. It became my mission to figure it out, enough was enough!  Through many therapists and modalities, including hypnosis, the reason I use it with my clients. I was able to realize the source of my depression. My thoughts and subconscious belief patterns that were controlling my world.

I set out to overcome these thoughts and emotions that were driving my lack of success.  I will admit it wasn’t overnight, but today I can say I experience Peace in all situations.  Let’s face it… that’s what we all want!  Through reprogramming my subconscious mind, I was able to experience Joy in my life again.  I now know that my thoughts and emotions were creating my reality.  I now get to be in control of my life and my experience.
